配当を出さず稼ぎを再投資する、黒字で財務も底堅い会社
Oak Leaf Community Mortgageの名で、本拠のレイク郡の外にもローン営業所を置いている。100年続く地元の銀行でありながら、貸出の営業範囲は外へ伸ばしている。

NSTS Bancorpの貸出の91.3%は、一戸建て住宅向けのローンだ。金額にして$118.2Mで、事業向けや商業用不動産はほとんど扱っていない。傘下の貯蓄銀行が1921年に建築貸付組合として始まった名残りが、そのまま今の貸出構成に残っている。
その古い銀行が株式会社になったのは2022年1月で、相互組織から転換してNasdaqに上場した。100年分の地元の預金と、上場後まだ4年という新しさが同居する。レイク郡の外へは、Oak Leaf Community Mortgageの名で営業所を出して伸びている。
資産 $267M のうち、借金などの負債を引いて株主のものと言えるのは $80M（30%）。
