事業は安定寄りだが財務に注意点が残る、どの型にも寄り切らない中間型
酒類の会社がカンナビノイド製品の会社へ丸ごと入れ替わろうとしている点が、新ブランドを一つ足すのとは規模が違う。社名と中身が一致しなくなるところまで振り切っている。

資本の欠損と上場基準の未達という厳しい財務から、Medterra買収という一手で財務と事業の両方を立て直そうとする、後がない経営判断が続く。
Medterra買収を成立させるための増資と、買収に伴うMedterraの負債$10.4Mの返済原資を用意できるかに左右される。買収が成立しなければ、酒類事業も止まったままの会社が残る。
