商業銀行・医療関連・個人向けの三本立てで、稼ぎ方の違う部門を並べて置く組み立てを取る。2026年2月にはスペインのバンコ・サンタンデールへ$12.3Bで身を委ねる契約を結び、独立した地銀としての歴史に区切りをつけようとしている。
貸出先が北東部に集まるため、地域の景気と商業用不動産の値動きが与信の質を決める。医療費口座のほうは全米の勤め先の福利厚生に組み込まれているので、雇用の増減が地域景気とは別の変数として響く。
