配車プラットフォーム事業を売却したことで収益源は絞られ、残るリースと融資の仲介が中国の配車運転手の稼ぎ具合に直結する。米国上場でありながら実態が中国子会社の集合体という構造は、米中間の開示規制や情報開示の要求が強まるたびに揺さぶられる。
プラットフォームを手放して身軽になった資源を、残した車金融へ寄せる判断を下したところ。米国の持株会社が中国側の子会社と持分法適用会社を束ねる二重構造をどう保つかに、経営の手間の多くが割かれる。
会社自体はネバダ州の持株会社で、実際の営業は中国国内の複数の子会社と、Jinkailongという持分法適用会社が担う。この間接支配の形が崩れれば、決算に乗る収益の実体そのものが失われる。
